About the Role
For our client, we are looking for experienced UX/UI Designer
Responsibilities
- Work with various projects and product teams parallel to help the user experience and user interface on internally developed solutions as well as third party software.
- You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies.
- Understand the user and business needs, do business analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into effortless user journeys and interfaces.
- Use your full range of skills from business analysis, product research, product design, interaction design, and visual design. You apply user-centric product design practices that are informed by user research, business objectives, and a strong design sensibility.
Requirements
- Hands-on business analyst experience.
- Hands-on professional UI/UX-related work experience, ideally with software or web/app-based applications, and a portfolio that showcases your best projects.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of established UI designs and UX patterns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. You're comfortable working closely with developers and product managers and know how to work in a team environment to deliver on customer and business value.
- The ability to think through user problems, propose reasonable solutions, test your assumptions, continuously incorporate feedback, and work with developers to build them.
- The skills to execute all design stages from research to conceptualization and to final hand-off to the Development team.
- Values and opinions and the ability to articulate them in fluent English.
- Significant personal and professional drive to shape the product from a UX viewpoint and passion about quality, usability, and simplicity.
