About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Backend/Java/Pega Developer.
Tech stack, that we are using and the things that we do:
-Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 8.X, ‘23
-Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
-Java Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate
-Java Libraries: Apache Commons, Jackson, SLF4J, Log4j 2, Junit, TestNG
-Familiarity with a range of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, JDBC, and JMS
-Experience with middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka for message brokering and transaction management.
-Understanding of cloud-based environments and PaaS solutions
-Knowledge of web and data security protocols like SSL/TLS, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
-Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
-Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques, both for unit testing and integration testing
Responsibilities
-Communicate with developers, business analysts, solution managers and technical infrastructure personnel (mainly in English)
-Responsibility for timely delivery of software developments and/or business components in line with raised requirements and the established internal roadmap from within specific Projects and/or day-to-day operational planned activities
-Support the Transformation Project to Pega
-Analyzing and solving of operation incidents and system issues
-Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art operations
-Software Development tasks using specific SW development tools by following the SW Development company-internal standards/rules
-Participation in the requirements analysis (including technical/IT architecture analysis) and estimations
-Ensuring clear/transparent documentation by using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) and transparent description of stories/tasks and associated releases by using JIRA and/or other agreed means
-Working in an Agile environment and actively contribute to our Agile development, striving to constantly improve our way of working
Requirements
-Hands-on experience in backend development, showcasing expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust server-side solutions.
-Knowledge of integrating Pega technology into backend systems
-Strong background in designing and architecting complex backend systems, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.
-Adept at analyzing and resolving intricate technical challenges, utilizing a systematic and innovative approach to craft effective and elegant solutions.
