About the Role
For our client we are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails
Responsibilities
- Development, maintenance and optimization of the existing system
- Analysis, design and implementation of new solutions
- Cooperating on market requirements analysis
- Creation of basic documentation (knowledge base)
- Work with non-functional requirements: configuration, deployment, life cycle management
- Solving problems and incidents
Requirements
3+ years of development experience in Ruby and Ruby On Rails
- Experience with public cloud providers (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with containers (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Nomad)
- Knowledge of the basic security principles
What makes you stand out:
- Knowledge of Kotlin, Python
- Knowledge of Linux on a developer level
- Experience with the design and implementation of complex systems
- Knowledge of the basic concepts of network communication (TCP, SSL/TLS)
