About the Role
For our client, we are looking for experienced CRM Solution manager
Responsibilities
The core CRM Marketing solution of our client is standard solution from the market SAS CI360. They are currently starting a migration and integration project to upgrade from their premise solution SAS MA to this new hybrid cloud solution SAS CI 360.
- You will have the responsibility of CRM + Solution Cluster for all maintenance and change request topics together with the product team member (solution analysts, developer and tester) and our client's partners
- Ensure a stable and quality assured operation to fulfill the service level of our solution
- Handle customer change requests, incidents and problems according to defined processes and policies
Requirements
- A profound technical understanding and hands-on experience in the end-to-end development
- Fundamental technical skills in SQL, databases, Kafka, cloud technologies and first experience in agile methods: Scrum, Kanban
- Digital mindset with a strong drive to surpass user expectations and the ability to cope with stressful situations without losing your smile
- Joy about cooperating with our international developer team and comfort working with company leadership and external partners
- Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
