About the Role
For our client, we are looking for experienced Technical analysts
Responsibilities
collect change requests from various stakeholders in all countries, challenge them and understand the business need
develop comprehensive, detailed software requirement specifications and be the sparring partner for our vendor and inhouse developers
cover operational tasks, analyze functional defects in production and find solutions together with the vendor
develop and configure migration routines and reports using SQL
cover tasks related to maintenance / container platform
redesign solution components for one of our main IT applications to ensure flexible, dynamic, and efficient solutions for our business partners
Requirements
use design notifications like UML and have a structured approach to analysis and documentation
have practical experience with REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, Kafka Queues, SQL (MS SQL, Oracle), and Visual Basic .NET / VBA; experience with WebFOCUS is of advantage
ideally understand technical requirements for container platform and cloud hosting
are a communicative team-player with good time management skills and an independent working style
like to work in a complex, multicultural, international environment as part of a product team with agile working methods
are fluent in English for both verbal and written communication; German or CEE language skills are considered beneficial
