About the Role
For our client, we are looking for experienced Solution designer
Responsibilities
Conducts IT analysis, including responsibility for associated methodology and documentation (in line with the principle of E2E ownership).
Ability to understand individual parts of IT Architecture.
Lists and describes impacts of new features in relation to other agile teams, advising professions and existing solutions.
Understands the business requirements and identifying any potential challenges that may impact the design of the solution.
Based on the requirements and analysis, the IT designer creates a detailed design (functional specification) of the E2E solution, including the architecture, components, and technology stack.
Defines implementation tasks to squad or other advising professions.
Looking for ways to improve the overall solution and to identify of areas for improvement.
Provides technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the solution is implemented according to the design and best practices.
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and resolve accordingly.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques such as UML, BPMN.
Working experience with technologies such as JAVA, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, Open API.
Experience with middleware and APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with AI is a plus.
