About the Role
The Performance Engineer plays an essential internal role in clients ability to scale the value of services to customers by preparing and enabling client-facing service engineers to maximize customers value.
The Performance Engineer role focuses on managing and validating diagnostics and tasks to ensure alignment with customer requirements and service goals. This includes collaborating with team members, tracking task progress, enhancing service value through manual calculations, and driving efficiency in service delivery.
Additionally, the role supports the improvement of the product, and implementation of clients success programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular reviews of diagnostics to prepare service engineer work:
- Prioritize and prepare the most impactful diagnostics
- Ensure the accuracy of the diagnostics
- Create and track support tickets related to diagnostic accuracy and model refresh.
- Create, standardize the tasks and keep track of their statuses and progresses:
- Create tasks aligned with the customer’s goals.
- Validate completed tasks, Escalate aging tasks
- Ensure their quality
- Perform manual energy performance calculations when needed
- Collaborate with the team members and follow their guidance on site/customer requirement.
- Keep close awareness of client progress toward goals and KPI's.
