About the Role
We are looking for Fullstack Engineer with German for the banking sector.
Responsibilities
Medior:
Develop and enhance applications for our Investment & Insurance solutions
Build modern backend services using Java / Spring Boot and .NET Core
Develop user-facing functionality with React and/or Angular
Design and integrate APIs and microservices
Contribute to clean, maintainable and scalable software solutions
Use and explore AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering work
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, testers and business stakeholders
Take an active role in continuously improving our development practices and solutions
Senior:
Design, develop and evolve our Investment & Insurance solutions
Build scalable backend services with Java / Spring Boot and .NET
Develop modern frontend applications with React and Angular
Design and evolve microservice and distributed architectures
Work with Kafka and event-driven integration patterns
Contribute to technical decisions and ensure sustainable, maintainable solutions
Take ownership of technical topics across the application lifecycle
Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and improving engineering practices
Explore and apply AI-assisted development to improve quality and productivity
Collaborate closely across development, analysis, testing, architecture and business
Requirements
Medior:
Experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot
Experience with .NET Core
Experience with React and/or Angular
Good understanding of APIs, microservices and modern software development practices
Experience with or strong interest in AI-augmented software development
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
A collaborative, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English
German B1+
Senior:
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong experience with React and experience with Angular
Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
Experience with microservices, distributed systems and Kafka
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and modern software architecture
Experience in application ownership or technical application lifecycle management is an advantage
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
A hands-on mindset combined with a willingness to take end-to-end responsibility
A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and collaboration skills
