About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager, a position which plays a pivotal role in driving quality and excellence across multiple projects and daily business of our client.
As a Senior Test Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage and support your team, coordinating efforts, assigning tasks, and ensuring that we adhere to the highest industry standards. Your expertise in quality assurance will be crucial as you plan and manage resources on daily basis, while tackling challenges head-on to ensure smooth testing with high quality results.

Responsibilities
- Manages the testing team
- Participates in creating and implementing the team's test plan and strategy
- Oversees the testing process during all its phases
- Manages the correct definition and implementation of the scope of tests, based on actual requirements and strategy
- Ensures adherence to testing standards
- Prepares effort estimations and plans testing resources according to priorities
- Oversees all testing-related activities throughout the testing process (e.g., methodology, test data)
- Regularly evaluates the progress of tests and the effectiveness of test execution, proposing changes/improvements
- Prepares regular reports/dashboards (e.g., testing status, defects, risks, etc.)
- Applies appropriate measurement methods and metrics for measuring the performance of testers
- Manages incident management across all testing phases
- Communicates and collaborates with all stakeholders
- Oversees the maintenance and development of test automation
- Drives the preparation and implementation of test improvements on regular basis
- Evaluates the work of individual testing team members
- Provides consultations, training, and advice to team members, supporting their knowledge level and professional growth
- Oversees the creation of test documentation and manuals.
Requirements
- Leader able to connect team members together to work towards common goal
- Experience with managing a team of minimum 4 testers – ideally 2 years and more
- Understanding of different testing methodologies, ability to adopt them into practice
- Overall background in IT technologies
- Strong communication and presentational skills, able to solve stressful and conflict situations
- Analytical thinking, able to dig into testing details
- Ability to spot weaknesses and propose improvements – either in testing directly or in methodology
- Very good English
