About the Role
Design, operate, and improve enterprise virtualization platforms with a focus on automation, reliability, and scalable operations. This role combines VMware and OpenShift expertise with infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices to deliver stable and efficient environments. You will also contribute to introducing AI-supported automation into daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Operate and improve virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, VCF, vCenter, OpenShift Virtualization)
- Design and evolve scalable, highly available infrastructure environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems using tools such as vROps, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Integrate AI-driven automation capabilities into operational workflows
- Develop and maintain runbooks, manage incidents, and ensure SLA/SLO compliance
- Apply security best practices, including least privilege and secure secrets management
- Support critical operations, including participation in on-call activities
Requirements
- Active working experience in the last 5+ years with VMware and/or OpenShift Virtualization
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure concepts (networking, storage, high availability, disaster recovery, backup)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and configuration tools such as Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or vROps
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation or integration of AI into operational workflows
- Understanding of security practices such as secrets management and access control
- Professional proficiency in English
