About the Role
As a C++ Development Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery and high quality of our software products.
Responsibilities
You will focus on organisational responsibilities, provide technical and personal guidance to team members, and support collaboration across roles. As the direct supervisor of Software Developers, Testers, and Product Owners within your team, you will drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of modern programming languages
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work from the office more than twice a week and be personally available to the team when needed
- Ability to foster an open and respectful environment for resolving conflicts
- Skilled at giving constructive feedback while actively listening to the team
- Natural authority and ability to build trust, capable of motivating the team and creating a positive, supportive atmosphere
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with programming in C++ or Python
- Familiarity with the Qt framework
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to communicate effectively with customer-side team members and other project stakeholders
- Previous experience leading a development team
- University-level education in Information Technology or a related field
