About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BI Specialist/Data Specialist/Analyst to join our international program and reinsurance area who will be responsible for the translation of the business requirements into the implementation of Qlik Sense reports. You will be consulting with the business customers and provide insights and innovative solutions where various options are available.
Responsibilities
-Contribution and collaboration in the definition of the business requirements and business specifications
-Evaluate options and translate business requirements into technical specifications
-Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications
-Consult initiate and share best practice within different business users / customers
-Coordinate with and monitor external service providers to implement required changes / new requests
-Train business users in how to run reports and how to become a power user
-Produce ad-hoc reports as per business requirement
-Constantly review and improve quality of reports and of data model
Requirements
-SQL scripting or similar database languages
-Qlik Sense or similar BI tools
-Personality to be client oriented, team player, flexible, strong communicator
-Knowledge of databases and data modelling concepts
-English: fluent in writing and verbal communication
