About the Role
As a (Senior) Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our data engineering team to ensure seamless data operations and drive our DataOps initiatives. Your expertise in Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure will be crucial in building and managing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure.
Collaborate with data engineers to support DataOps processes and ensure efficient data lifecycle management.
Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
Implement and manage network configurations, including firewall rules and security policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Profound experience with Terraform, AWS (preferred) and/or Azure
Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in Linux.
Strong understanding of network configurations, firewall rules, and security policies.
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English;

Experience with other Cloud providers.
Knowledge of Databricks on any hyperscaler.
