About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer & Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
-Provide Operational Support (Incident and Problem Management) and Change Management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
-Do CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JS, HTML) and plugins.
-Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows).
-Work on Power BI paginated reports
-Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
-Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements.
-Diagnose and reverse-engineer existing logic to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
Requirements
-You bring solid hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server, and Google Cloud Platform.
-You’re confident in plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and building SSIS integrations.
-You can dive deep into technical problems, analyze them effectively, and deliver clean, well‑tested solutions.
-You hold (or are working toward) certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate.
-You take a structured, detail‑oriented approach to development and own tasks end‑to‑end, while staying curious, exploring new technologies, and collaborating smoothly with the team even when working independently.
