It operates data centres, bank systems, POS terminals and HW (servers and PC) and is responsible for development, implementation, support and servicing of banking software and its operations in Central and Eastern Europe.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and operating customers or employees oriented Chatbots and you should be ready to learn new technologies.
This role is suitable for all genders.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the full lifecycle of conversational AI solutions, from prototyping and development to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and designers to define requirements and enhance chatbot experiences.
Stay current with chatbot technologies and development best practices.
Deliver scalable, high-quality, and reusable solutions following standardized processes.
Monitor chatbot performance, identify issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Support incident resolution, debugging, and optimization of existing AI applications.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Master’s or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Active working experience in the past few years in at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript, Python, Java
Experience in SQL or UX design is a plus
Proven recent active experience with cloud architecture, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes
Communication and collaboration skills
Very good knowledge of English
