About the Role
In this role your tasks will include day-to-day operational work but also include project-related work in a multinational environment where you can count on an established team that seeks additional engineering support and expertise.

Responsibilities
Ensure that systems and infrastructure are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that end to end development follows established processes and works as intended
Implement and deploy software, updates, fixes, and provide Level 3 technical support to improve customer experience by reducing the occurrence of errors
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Create & Operate cloud infrastructure (IaC, performance/cost optimizations,…)
Requirements
You possess fluency in English, a results-oriented mindset, and are comfortable with adhering to deadlines, which can sometimes be tight. You demonstrate a willingness to enhance your skills and knowledge concerning the platforms you'll work on, understanding both their technical aspects and their business applications from our partners' perspective. You are a proactive and creative problem solver who knows when to seek assistance and, when necessary, is prepared to challenge the status quo.
The essential skills we are looking for include:
Experience with public and private cloud infrastructure (Azure, Cloud Foundry)
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working experience with a CI/CD setup
Configuration and managing databases like MSSQL and Oracle
Excellent communication skills to support our internal clients with their inquiries and incidents
Nice to Have Skills
PostgreSQL and Mongo databases, proficiency in MSBI tools like SSIS & SSAS, a background in developing applications for large companies, and an understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and release management, You are well-equipped for IT roles requiring diverse technical skills and process knowledge.
