About the Role
We are looking for our client a curious individual who puts the user first and knows how to translate user needs and insights into meaningful, intuitive and easy to use solutions. You are eager to constantly learn and adapt to new things.
•You will be in charge of user interaction, interface and experience design.
•You will play an important role in defining and developing creative, impactful and meaningful user experiences on mobile and web applications.
•You will align user needs and insights with business requirements and translate it into functional design specifications in various projects from different organisational units
•You will build, design and maintain materials needed to support your design and usability decisions, e.g. user journeys, user flows, storyboards, sketches, wireframes, test scripts and reports.
•You will collaborate with Customer Experience Managers to plan and execute user research, e.g. design and conduct surveys for qualitative customer feedback. Work with Customer Analytics Experts to review and analyse user behaviour and patterns.
•You will build up a central UX expertise within the Customer Experience and Digital Delivery department and coach your colleagues, especially digital content editors, customer relation managers as well as self-service solution specialists with regards to clients guidelines, requirements and best practices.
•You will have an ability to simplify complex processes into clear, intuitive, and easy to use interactions.
•2-3 years working experience as a UI/UX designer
•visual and UI/UX design skills
•experience in coordinating design processes across multiple projects
•excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
