They offer their customers products and services in the fields of process automation and robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), IT infrastructure, communication and cloud solutions, IT security, services and outsourcing, as well as IT consulting and applications.
About the Role
We are seeking Senior DevOps Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the build and deployment pipelines within our JavaScript monorepo
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on monorepo best practices (e.g., selective builds, caching strategies, versioning, etc.)
- Define and automate processes for building, testing, and deploying code across local, staging, and production environments
- Configure deployment machines and infrastructure, including system setup, package management, and environment configuration
- Manage provisioning, updates, and remote access for Linux-based IoT devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi or similar)
- Work closely with the system architect and development team to incorporate DevOps best practices into our workflow
- Take initiative and make well-informed technical decisions based on experience and sound reasoning
- Contribute to the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline
Requirements
- Strong Linux expertise, both on servers and embedded/IoT platforms
- Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with monorepos
- Proven track record of setting up automated deployments and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with JavaScript-based codebases (you won’t need to write JS regularly, but understanding the ecosystem is important)
- Ability to communicate clearly, propose solutions, and argument decisions
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems, automating processes, and mentoring others

Nice to Have Skills
- IoT deployments, provisioning, or remote device management
- Nx, Turborepo, Lerna, or other monorepo managers
- monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix) or logging infrastructure
- deploying to Windows machines and Android devices, including handling installation, updates, and system configuration
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and remote administration practices
