About the Role

For our client, we are looking for experienced Scrum Master

Responsibilities

- Teach the framework as needed
- Coach individuals, teams and organizations to apply the framework
- Develop high-performing teams and organizations
- Remove impediments (at all levels, including organizational) teams cannot
- Establish an impact, value delivery focused mindset
- Contribute to the agile community, act as a change agent
- Promote and coach self-organization and continuous improvement

Requirements

- 3+ years of practical experience in the role
- Certification: Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master
- Experienced with change: initiating, triggering it, guiding through, making it sustainable
- Strong track record in coaching individuals, teams and organizations, creating high-performing, self-managed teams
- High level of situational awareness
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Very good in facilitation, and influencing across teams and departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced working with intercultural and geographically dispersed team members
- Strong English language skills

Nice to Have Skills

- German language skills would be a plus
