About the Role

Lead the team of international Pega experts, working on multiple projects across various locations in Europe

Responsibilities

Support both ongoing projects and new opportunities with your outstanding technical expertise 
Take responsibilities for the financial KPIs of the team as well as organizational topics (people management, compliance issues, allocation across various projects, etc.)
Drive the development of the team members (including training and certification plans, maintaining a repository of relevant knowledge and best practices, etc.)
Drive the hiring and onboarding of new team members (including setting up hiring profiles, defining hiring criteria, conducting interviews, organizing hiring-oriented campaigns in universities, etc.)
Act as a day-to-day contact and escalation point for the team in regards to any issues

Requirements

Experienced technical expert in digital process automation solutions (experience 7 yrs+)
Proven experience in leading technology teams (5+), preferably in a consulting environment
Experience in delivering large technology projects, ideally for financial industry clients
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic, project-driven environment
Pega experience and Pega certified preferred (CLSA is a big plus) 
Alternatively can be certified/experienced in other other/similar digital technologies 
Demonstrated technical proficiency, understanding of JavaJ2EE architecture 
Technology or consulting background
Experience working in Agile Scrum environment (preferably Agile or Scrum certified)
Selling skills not a must but would be a big plus
Prepared to travel and work internationally
Excellent English 

Nice to Have Skills

Prefered experience in a multinational environment
Motivated to become a leader and grow the Pega/BPM practice
