About the Role
For our client we are looking for Software Test Engineer who will do implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for an agile software development of client’s products, you will be as well:
● Working on complex projects, application systems and infrastructure components, providing problem identification.
● Independently working on business valuable features.
● Maintaining high quality standards of software.
● Reporting on and managing defects found by the test team and assisting in prioritizing their solutions.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IT development and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
- Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
- System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle
