About the Role

We are looking for a Actuarial Analyst.


Don’t worry, we are not looking for a crystal gazer or a fortuneteller to read from our hands. We have way more sofisticated methods to predict the future life events and they are also scientific-based. Are you an experienced Actuarial Analyst with interest in data research, predictive modelling, statistical analysis, data transformation and developing insights for use in business decisions? Joining us, you will become part of the platform called „Experience Insights” that enables us to perform global experience analysis using a modern Data science platform, automate routine tasks, and develop more sophisticated analytics.


What we expect from you to join us with: 
2+ years’ experience of working in an actuarial team, and experience working in data/analytics
University education (Master's degree) in financial mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, quantitative methods, computer science or similar
Knowledge of insurance products, pricing, and experience analysis, preferably in life insurance
Strong R coding skills (experience with other technologies like Python, Excel, SQL and PowerBI is advantage)
English language – Upper intermediate (B2 or better), spoken and written
Actuarial training - level of qualification equivalent to CAA  (Certified Actuarial Analyst) or demonstrate that you have equivalent skills and training through work experience
Interest in data research, predictive modelling, statistical analysis, data transformation and developing insights for use in business decisions
Being strong communicator who can document and explain technical material to a high standard
Being team player with positive attitude and desire to drive the business
